Greenery is still located in Baliuag, this place is a perfect destination for outing, shooting, occasions and of course for pleasure.

A ONCE UPON A TIME TOUR IN BULACAN

hey! so, sorry for popping out so suddenly and I apologize for the late entry of my review tour because the date was changed and postponed but anyway since the tour was yesterday that means... let's get started! :D

at exactly 6am in the morning our bus starts to move and we headed off to the Valenzuela Pavillion, Baliuag, Bulacan. there, our dear tour operator kuya Erwin demonstrate us the cooking demo of the Death March Serkele and Killer Okoy, Breakfast with Gloria Romero.

Death March Serkele and Killer Okoy

Death March Serkele is like a common Dinuguan filipino dish that has twist. The taste is sour and really taste like a Dinuguan dish. Meanwhile, the Killer Okoy is very complimenting. The taste is sweet, it's like a tempura with potato and squash, best serve while it's hot :)

I actually didn't hear and follow the recipe of the serkele cuz I was in the restroom at that time so I'm very sorry T.T But I saw and watched how to make a Killer Okoy.

The ingredients for the Killer Okoy are

shrimps
potatoes and squash ( cut it in lengthwise at least 4 inch)
tempura powder ( if i'm not mistaken)
Baking powder/ Corn starch

Procedure:

dissolve the tempura powder in water and mix thoroughly until a smooth batter is obtained.
dread the Potatoes and Squash with Corn starch
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan until it gets hot
gather the dreaded ingredients and lay pieces of shrimps on top of the surface
after that, pour a bit of tempura batter into the potato, squash and shrimp so it will stick together while cooking it in a deep frying pan.
and then that's it Fry until golden brown.

Drain and serve with vinegar-garlic sauce.
